Come along to our Open Day this Thursday 29th May. You can meet the 2010 Rose of Tralee, Clare Kambamettu. Clare will be in store to chat with everyone and taste the samples that will be on offer. We might even persuade her to take a Class!

We will be running FREE mini classes on the day. Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Qi Gong will all take place in our classroom above the shop. It’s a great chance to meet the teachers and try a class to see what you think.

Class times are as follows:
Qi Gong 10am
Pilates 11.30am
Yoga 1pm
Meditation 2.30pm & 3.30pm
It’s a great chance to try a class out so come along.

We will have nutritionists giving food demonstrations and natural body-care experts in store giving their advice. Therapists will be on hand to help with any health related questions and maybe give a sample treatment too.

We will have a few draws on the day. We will be giving away a lovely body-care hamper, a healthy tea hamper and our main prize will be three months FREE Multi Vitamins.
